How do I use it?
Sit in a chair with bare feet. Rest one foot on the roller and move it slowly back and forth from heel to toe, pressing down as hard as feels comfortable. A couple of minutes per foot is plenty. Stop if anything hurts.
How often should I use it?
Once a day is plenty for most people, and there is no benefit in overdoing it. Two or three minutes per foot in the evening is enough. If your feet feel sore the next day, do less, not more.
Can I use it standing up?
Yes. The supplier rates it to 200 kg, so you can put your full weight through it — but hold onto something solid first. Standing puts far more pressure through the foot than sitting does, so start seated and only try standing once you know how it feels.
Will it scratch or mark my floor?
The rubber rings at each end are what touch the floor, and they are designed to grip rather than slide. On carpet, wood, tile and concrete there should be no marking. On a delicate polished or oiled floor, put a towel or mat underneath — that is what we would do.
Can I use it through socks?
You can, and it will feel gentler because the fabric spreads the pressure. Barefoot gives you the full effect of the ridges. If barefoot feels too sharp at first, start with socks on and work down from there.
It feels too hard — can I soften it?
The roller itself does not adjust, but the pressure does. Three things reduce it: keep your heel on the floor instead of putting your whole weight on top, roll on carpet rather than a hard floor, or wear socks. Roll slower too — speed is what makes it feel sharp.
What is it made of?
Thermoplastic rubber (TPR). No motor, no battery, no cable. Wipe it with a damp cloth and it is ready again.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a comfort product for self-massage, and nothing here is medical advice. If you have diabetes, nerve damage, poor circulation, a diagnosed foot condition, or pain that is not improving, speak to a doctor or podiatrist before using it.

What it actually does.

Soft contact points

Hundreds of short flexible nubs rather than hard ridges, so pressure spreads instead of digging into one spot.

Holds your weight

Rated by the supplier to 200 kg, so you can stand on it rather than only rolling while seated.

Rolls quietly

Rubber rings at both ends grip the floor, so it stays put and makes almost no noise — fine in a flat.

Any floor

Carpet, wood, tile, marble or concrete. The end rings stop it sliding on hard surfaces.

Nothing to charge

No motor, no battery, no cable. Wipe it with a damp cloth and it is ready again.

Goes anywhere

Small enough for a desk drawer, a gym bag or the boot of the car.

Four ways to use it.

Same roller, different part of the leg.

01

Sole

Whole foot flat on top, roll heel to toe with steady pressure.

02

Arch

Heel on the floor, arch on the roller, work the mid-foot only.

03

Calf

Sit with the roller under the calf and move the leg slowly along it.

04

Toes

Forefoot on top, press down and spread the toes over the ridges.

A closer look.

Three details worth knowing before you buy.

Soft ridged surface

Dense flexible nubs across the whole barrel, so pressure spreads across the sole instead of concentrating on one point.

Grips the floor

Grips the floor

Rubber rings at both ends hold it still and keep it quiet on carpet, wood, tile or concrete.
